Job description
The Points Guy, based in New York, seeks a Senior Manager of Lifecycle & Email Marketing to own customer journeys across segments, growth, and retention. You will partner with a cross-functional team to shape segmentation, journey design, and testing strategy, leveraging loyalty insights to engage readers across travel rewards.
You will design always-on lifecycle flows, manage performance analytics, and drive growth through data-driven messaging and experimentation.
