Job description
The Manager, Digital Growth - Lifecycle at New York Red Bulls and SI Stadium leads our fan lifecycle marketing and CRM programs. You will craft segmentation and journeys that engage fans through email and SMS, with a focus on growing the fan base and maximizing ticket sales and memberships.
This hands-on role combines data-driven testing, copywriting, and design to deliver relevant messages that move fans through the lifecycle across campaigns and initiatives.
