Job description
Manychat in Austin, TX seeks a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to own the customer journey from signup to loyal advocate. You’ll design and run a scalable lifecycle engine that drives activation, conversion, retention, and expansion, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and collaborating across Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Creative.
