Job description
Lyra Health is seeking an empathetic, strategy-driven Lifecycle Marketing Lead for our health plan/health system line. You will design and execute member journeys from first touch at registration to active, ongoing care retention, guiding communications across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
This role thrives in ambiguity, with opportunities to build processes and solve problems while aligning with product, operations, and brand voice.
