Job description
Viceroy Hotels is seeking a Temporary Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing in New York for an anticipated 6-month assignment, expected to support approximately 30-40 hours per week. You will lead lifecycle campaigns, including email and SMS, and drive a Klaviyo rollout across multiple properties.
You will work closely with the VP, Growth & Digital, managing campaigns, optimizing journeys, and contributing to broader digital initiatives with strong AI and analytics capabilities.
