Job description
Chime is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing Operations to build and run the operational engine behind member communications—campaign execution, deliverability, automation, and governance at scale—in San Francisco.
You will lead an execution team and partner with MarTech, Growth Engineering, and lifecycle strategy to turn strategy into live, high-quality messaging. This is a leadership role with strong technical depth and a base salary of $211,000–$275,000 plus bonus and equity.
