LifeguardThis position will be through EDUStaff. Location: Mott and Kettering Pool and Fitness CentersMinimum QualificationsMinimum 15 years of ageCurrent American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certification or nationally recognized lifeguard certificationCPR and first aid testsEssential FunctionsIdentify potential accident hazardsEnforce all policies and rulesBe alert to prevent accidentsRespond quickly, intelligently, decisively and in accordance with established emergency and accident management proceduresAdminister First Aid and CPRReports To: Pool and Fitness Center ManagerWorkday/Week: Hours vary – Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as neededStarting Date: TBDCompensation: $13.73 per hour ($0.50 more per hour for morning shift starting at 5:15 AM) Year 2 – $13.98 per hour Year 3 – $14.23 per hourOngoing Internal and external candidates may apply by visiting and selecting the icon "Employment" and next, "Job Postings Directory".
