Job description
Aquatic SupervisorSupervise activities and use of pool/whirlpool/aquatic area to ensure a clean, safe environment. Maintains a neat, orderly, and safe aquatic environment. Properly performs duties according to established guidelines. Understands importance of complete and accurate Aquatic Log entries. Recognizes the value of member satisfaction through positive interactions with aquatic users, instructors, CPOs, and supervisors.Minimum Education: Required: None Preferred: High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred: At least 1 year lifeguard experienceLicense, Registry or Certification: Required: Certified Lifeguard, includes CPR/AED/FIRST AID Preferred: WSI, CPOKnowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Ability to direct and participate in the extrication of bodies from the water in an emergency, familiarity with backboard and other water safety devices.
