Weekend LifeguardJoin our fitness team at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living as a weekend Lifeguard. The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining the safety of our residents utilizing the pool.This is a Saturday/Sunday schedule. 7am to 11am.What we offer:Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesCompensation: $19 hourlyHow you will make an impact:Assisting residents who utilize the pool.Documenting and maintaining proper chemical usage in the pool.Maintaining a neat, clean and organized environment around the pool area.What you will need:Lifeguard certification.CPR/First Aid certification.Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience with seniors a plus.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
