Lifeguard PositionTru Fit Lubbock 82nd is looking to hire certified Lifeguards to help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated, apply today!Responsibilities for Lifeguard:Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the waterProvide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical servicesAble to act quickly and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergencyPresent professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of customer servicePerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedPrepare and maintain appropriate activity reportsKnowledge of customer service standards and proceduresAble to follow routine verbal and written instructionsKnowledge of basic pool water balance maintenance.Requirements:Qualifications for Lifeguard:Must hold an active Lifeguard certificationAbility to pass a pre-employment practical skills test in the waterMust pass background checkAbility to work on weekends and eveningsAbility to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations6 months to 1-year experience directly related to the responsibilities specifiedHighly-skilled in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniquesStrong knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedureAbility to accurately prepare routine administrative paperworkExcellent customer service skills
