LifeguardPOSITION GOAL: Provide swim lessons/ private or group to children of all levels and abilities based on the curriculum provided.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:This position is responsible for the safety of the swim participantsWork hours as scheduledSubmits completed time on timeAttends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduledAct immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergencyPresents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer serviceAll other duties as assigned and appropriateQUALIFICATIONS:To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skill and/or ability necessary.American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR & AEDAbility to positively interact with the general publicSubmission of PA School Personnel Health formCurrent Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearancesTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:Days and times varyStarting Rate- $12.50 per hourSalary and benefits according to the negotiated agreement between the Board of School DirectorsAccording to the School District Policy ManualThe Owen J.
