Certified Lifeguard PositionOne of New York's premier water education and pool management companies is seeking certified lifeguards for immediate hire!Locations are high-end residential buildings throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.Here is what you need:A friendly, outgoing, and a people-person demeanorCurrent lifeguard certifications for CPR/AED for the professional rescuer and lifeguarding/first aidA great work ethicTo be punctualTo care for the safety of your teammates and our clientsYour awesomeness means you can do the job with ease:Must be able to recognize and respond to emergencies immediatelyPrevent accidents and minimize or eliminate unsafe situationsWelcome & assist guests of all ages (babies, children, adults, seniors)Measure, record & report all chemical readings (we train on these skills)Maintain the pool area's cleanliness & organizationCommunicate needs for repair, replacement & maintenanceParticipate in aquatic quarterly training/skill assessmentsWhat we offer:Starting pay at $17.25/hr with the opportunity to increase yearly401k with company matchingFlexible shifts and opportunities for subbingOpportunities for advancementScheduling interviews immediately!
