Atria Health Institute is a membership-based practice offering preventive, precision-based care across primary and specialty services in New York City and other locations. This role focuses on Lifestyle Medicine within the Integrative Medicine team, overseeing lifestyle-related care for members in partnership with their care teams.
The candidate will collaborate with primary care and specialists to develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and advance novel programs like PLM and MOP.
