Job description
HHM Health in Dallas is seeking a Lifestyle Medicine provider to deliver comprehensive adult primary care integrated with lifestyle medicine services. You will focus on preventive care, metabolic assessment, and pharmacologic therapies in partnership with community partners.
The role requires nursing or NP/PA credentials with Texas licensure, experience in weight management and hormone therapy, and comfort with compounded medications and peptides.
