Job description
LifeStyles Facilitator – Team Lead at People Services, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a hands-on leader to provide person-centered support to adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in community settings.
You will coach direct service staff, help with training, and coordinate opportunities to enhance participation and employment. The role partners with the Program Director and Coordinator to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centered services, while promoting teamwork and adherence
