We are now seeking a Light Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our maintenance agreement business.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, ~40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with light commercial businesses in the area
Conduct detailed site evaluations to identify maintenance needs
Create and present customized service agreement proposals
Build long-term relationships and become the trusted HVAC advisor for your clients
Manage your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts
Work closely with service, operations, and marketing teams
Submit all contracts and supporting documentation promptly
What You Bring
2+ years of successful outside sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required - we provide thorough training
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
