LIGHT DUTY MECHANIC needed in Tuscaloosa ASAP!!!
Job Overview:
PrideStaff is seeking two dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Light Duty Mechanics. We are looking for candidates who walk in ready to work-boots on and tools in the truck. If you are coachable, reliable, and looking for a stable environment where you can build skills that aren't taught elsewhere, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Body Prep: Prepare bodies for installation.
Installation: Install various parts and components as required.
Wiring: Perform wiring on components prior to body installation on the truck.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the shop team to maintain workflow and meet production goals.
Requirements: Tool Requirement: Must furnish your own personal hand tools.
Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Attitude: Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and earn advancement.
Mechanical Aptitude: A basic understanding of mechanics is desired; we prioritize a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience.
Experience : At least 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Light Duty Diesel Mechanic.
Details: Pay: $17 - $19/hr (depending on experience).
Schedule: Full-time.
