Job description
Job Title: Light Industrial Worker
Location: Hopkinsville, KY
Employment Type: Contract
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to collecting product samples, inspecting them for quality, and maintaining production line standards.
Responsibilities
Collect product samples at scheduled intervals.
Inspect samples for non-product related materials and document findings.
Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Record inspection results accurately on quality control forms, logs, or electronic systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Perform additional quality checks as assigned by supervision.
Requirements Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Basic math and recordkeeping abilities.
Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications (if any) Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
Familiarity with electronic quality control systems.
