Job description
We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual for Light Maintenance/Housekeeping to join our team of professionals!
Schedule:
Full Time (7:00am - 3:00pm) with alternating weekends
Salary:
$17.00 - 18.00 per hour – based on experience

Light Maintenance/Housekeeping Responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas
Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor
Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas
Light Maintenance/Housekeeping Education & Experience:
One year experience in a similar environment such as a senior living community, nursing home or any healthcare field preferred
Able to operate cleaning equipment including iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums and have an understanding on cleaning chemicals and products required
Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required
