As a LIHEAP Eligibility Technician / Receptionist, you'll be a vital first point of contact—helping individuals access critical energy assistance services while keeping daily operations running smoothly.Job DescriptionThe LIHEAP Eligibility Technician / Receptionist plays a dual role in client support and front desk coordination within the Family Development/LIHEAP program. In this position, you'll guide applicants through the intake and eligibility process, connect them with valuable resources, and ensure a welcoming and efficient reception area. You'll work closely with internal programs and community partners to deliver meaningful, timely support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
