Job description
Excel-Realty-Group seeks a high-energy Real Estate Manager to oversee a 1,100-unit LIHTC portfolio across MI, OH, PA, GA, and AL, plus a 10-site commercial portfolio. The role combines asset management with hands-on property oversight in a hybrid setting.
Reporting to the Company President, the ideal candidate has deep LIHTC knowledge, multi-site ownership experience, and proficiency with OneSite and Rent Manager to drive performance and tenant relations.
