Job description
Pratum Companies in New York seeks an Affordable Housing Compliance Manager to oversee LIHTC and Section 8 compliance across multifamily properties. You will review income certifications, manage recertifications, and ensure accurate reporting while coordinating on-site data collection and leasing tasks.
The role requires at least 3 years of compliance experience, familiarity with IRS 8823 and HUD 4350.3, and a COS or CPO certification is preferred.
