Line AssemblerPay: $17.38/hourLocation: Monroe, NC Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PMPosition SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will work on a conveyor-style assembly line to assemble products and prepare them for shipment. Each step of the assembly process is essential to ensuring a high-quality finished product that meets customer specifications and quality standards.This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires the use of hand and power tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform multi-step assembly tasks according to work instructions and specifications.Operate hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.Read and interpret shop orders, production paperwork, layouts, and assembly instructions.Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met before products move to the next stage of production.Identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly installed components and report issues as needed.Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.Perform other production-related duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience using basic hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic math skills, including measuring and working with fractions.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred.Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.Frequent use of hands and arms to assemble products and operate tools.Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30+ pounds.Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.Strong visual attention to detail for inspections and quality checks.Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment and moderate to loud noise levels. Team-oriented, production-driven workplace focused on quality and efficiency. Fast-paced environment requiring consistent productivity and attention to detail.
