Our Line Cook is akey player in making sure each guest receives their restaurantorder promptly and accurately and leaves our store with a smile anda memory of unparalleled service. You'll be part of an amazing teamand will help to build guest loyalty through your own shiningexample. Your first responsibility will be to prepare and season avariety of meats, vegetables, soups and other food items inaccordance with prescribedrecipes. JobDescription

ExperienceDesired: Prior experience in food service or relatedfield
Education Desired: No HighSchool diplomarequired
Certification orLicensing Required: FoodSafety
Lifting Requirement: Up to50 pounds
Age Requirement: Atleast 18 years of age
JobResponsibilities
Ensure that foodcomes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timelyfashion.
Understand and demonstrate variouscooking methods, ingredients, equipment andprocedures.
Maintain safety as the toppriority in all aspects of your work, for our Team Members, guests,and products.
Provide unparalleled guestservice, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests,vendors, and stakeholders.
Set up and stockstations with all necessary supplies.
Preparefood for service (e. g. chopping vegetables, cutting meat orpreparing sauces).
Cook menu items incooperation with the rest of the RestaurantStaff.
Answer, report and follow ExecutiveChef's instructions.
Clean up kitchen andpackage or discard leftover food.
Know and consistently comply y with our standard portion sizes,cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies andprocedures
