Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior LivingAt Brooksby Village, our Line Cooks do more than execute recipes - they help create an experience our residents look forward to every day. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our innovative Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes.

What you'll do:
Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards
Execute cook to order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Work side by side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service
Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back
What you need:
At least 1 year of cook-to-order experience
Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
