Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Cook to prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced resort kitchen. You’ll set up and maintain stations, follow recipes and portion standards, and ensure consistent presentation for our guests. Responsibilities include safe operation of kitchen equipment, proper food handling, labeling, and storage in line with health codes and tribal standards. You’ll work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams to time orders, support smooth service, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while contributing to our guest-first, team-focused culture.
