Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Mongo Bay Cook to prepare fresh, flavorful dishes for our popular dining venue. In this fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, you will execute recipes, maintain proper food handling and sanitation, and ensure consistent quality and presentation. You’ll set up and break down stations, coordinate timing with the culinary team, and support a smooth service while following safety and tribal standards. This role offers growth, training, and the chance to contribute to a welcoming, guest-first dining experience at our resort in Welch, MN.
