Line Lead AssociateVernon, CAOverviewSalary Range $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyDescriptionJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and safe production of goods, lead a team of assembly line workers, and maintain high standards of quality. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. The Production Line Leader plays a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and fostering a productive work environment.DutiesSupervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet production targetsLead, motivate, and train team members on proper assembly techniques and safety protocolsConduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standardsTroubleshoot mechanical issues on the assembly line and coordinate repairs or maintenanceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team membersMaintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues to managementAssist in inventory management within the warehouse area as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiencyQualificationsPrevious factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferredHands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systemsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standardsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectivelyMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quicklyFamiliarity with safety procedures in an industrial environmentMust be able to work in a cold environment (30-40 degrees Fahrenheit)This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team where your skills in assembly, mechanical knowledge, and leadership will contribute directly to our operational success.
