Job description
Candidate Cosmetics Manufacturing Line LeadExperienced candidate with a strong background in cosmetics manufacturing, including knowledge and application of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Skilled in ensuring that production operations are performed according to established quality, safety, productivity, and compliance standards. Experienced in coordinating and leading production teams ranging from 1 to 20 employees. Capable of assigning responsibilities, coordinating daily production activities, monitoring employee performance, and maintaining effective communication between operators, supervisors, and other departments. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, resolve production issues, and maintain focus on production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements. Knowledgeable in following SOPs, maintaining proper documentation, supporting cleaning and sanitation procedures, and ensuring GMP compliance.Key Skills:Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs in a manufacturing environment.Ability to coordinate and lead teams of 1 to 20 employees.Assigning and monitoring daily production tasks.Training and coaching employees on procedures and work standards.Monitoring quality, productivity, and compliance.Identifying, addressing, and reporting production issues.Effective communication with employees, supervisors, and other departments.Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Bilingual in English and Spanish.Strong commitment to safety, quality, cleanliness, and compliance.Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a responsible, organized, and results-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on production experience. Able to effectively lead a diverse team, maintain GMP standards, ensure SOP compliance, support production goals, and promote a safe, efficient, and quality-focused work environment.
