Job description
Line Lead — Warehouse/ProductionWe're hiring a Line Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned department while working alongside the team to meet production, quality, and safety goals. This role is the first point of contact for associates on the floor, providing leadership, training, coaching, and technical support to keep work running accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to lead by example — including jumping into production whenever staffing or operational demands require.
