Line LeadLocation: Woodridge, IL 60517Pay Rate: $26.00/hrShift: 3rd ShiftTotal Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources, is hiring a Line Lead for Water Manufacturing Company in Woodridge, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term career potential.Responsibilities:Lead and support production team members during daily operationsEnsure packaging lines operate efficiently and meet production goalsMonitor line performance and troubleshoot operational issuesCoordinate staffing and workflow on the production floorVerify product quality and ensure compliance with company standardsComplete production reports and documentation accuratelyTrain and assist team members on equipment operation and GMP proceduresSupport machine setup, changeovers, and production startupsEnforce safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Communicate production concerns and updates to managementReport food safety and food quality issues to authorized personnel immediatelyAssist with sanitation and housekeeping duties as neededRequirements:Previous Line Lead, Lead Operator, or supervisory experience in manufacturing requiredFood manufacturing or beverage production experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot production equipment and workflow issuesBasic math, computer, and documentation skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitivelyComfortable working extended shifts in a manufacturing environmentImportant Dress Code & GMP Rules:Full-length pants required (no shorts)No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirtsNo earrings, necklaces, or facial piercingsOnly plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polishNo food or drinks allowed on the production floorWater bottles and water coolers are provided onsiteApply today to start your career with a company that offers long-term growth and opportunity!
