Line Operator- Dalbo- 2nd Shift and 3rd ShiftVolt is immediately hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Line Operator paying $21.50 an hour in Dalbo, MN.As a Line Operator you will:Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or stationMaintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting equipmentEnsure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attentionMaintain quality by observing operations, adjusting with speed controls, and troubleshootingMaintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectationsReport on any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.This is a Temp to hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Experience working in a cold environmentForklift experience is a PLUS!Previous manufacturing or warehouse experienceShifts that are open:2nd Shift: (2:00pm - 10:00pm) M-F or 3rd Shift: (10:00pm - 6:00am) M-FPay Rate: $21.50 per hour for both shifts*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
