Our Consumer Brands: two-bite® brand, including two bite-brownies®, Kimberley's Bakeshoppe™, Mason St. Bakehouse™, and The Worthy Crumb Pastry Co™It's an exciting time to part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part of our growth and extraordinarily bright future!Job OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Machine Operator, Area Leader, Production Supervisor and/or Plant Manager; the General Production Worker will be responsible to follow directions for various plant tasks to ensure good quality products are efficiently manufactured at all times.This role is permanent full-time with a standard 37.5 hour work week and eligibility for overtime.Payrate Range - 16.50 to 16.50 an hourKey Responsibilities:Responsible for performing various general plant tasks; packaging, feeding product to the line and/or packaging, making boxes, applying tamper seals, closing lids, etc. that help to ensure good quality product is produced at all timesResponsible for performing any task that will be associated with the assembly or packaging of the productResponsible to perform the job responsibilities of a back-up Machine Operator for coverage purpose from time to timeResponsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety policy at all timesResponsible for practicing and adhering to Give & Go's policies and best practicesResponsible for following Give & Go core values; Respect, Direct Communication & QualityResponsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant ManagerThe Recipe for Success:Completion of high school education or equivalent1-3 years of manufacturing experience; asset to have worked in food and dairy manufacturing industryGood hand and manual dexterityAbility to stand for long periods of timesFlexibility to work rotating and/or weekend shiftAbility to work in a fast paced environmentWhat we offer:Benefits including Medical, Dental & VisionBasic Life Insurance401KBasic AD&DVacation and Sick TimeGive & Go Prepared Foods (USA) Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
