The Line Service Professional plays a vital role to our daily operations and will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers on the ground by fueling and positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage and effectively communicating on the radio with customer service representatives.

nResponsibilities and Duties of the Line Service Professional
nnnGreet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
n
nnCoordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft, such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering.
n
nnMarshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars.
n
nnFuel movement- quality control, disposal, and paperwork
n
nnDaily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
n
nnMaintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
n
nnDrive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
n
nnMonthly crew meetings
n
nnAnnual re-current training
n

nCompetencies
nnnCustomer focus-naturally outgoing/extroverted
n
nnCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communications
n
nnMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company (Requires clean driving record)
n
nnStrong computer skills including Microsoft office products
n
nnBasic mathematical knowledge
n
nnBi-linqual preferred
n
nn21 years+ with valid drivers license.
n
n nReporting Relationship
nThis position reports to the Line Service Manager
nWork Environment
nThis position works outside in all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. This position may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
nPhysical Demands
nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:
nnnMust be able to lift 75 pounds

nThis is a non-exempt position
nThis position includes shift work which requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.

nEducation, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications
nnnCustomer service experience in the service industry preferred
n
nnPrior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
n
nnHigh School Diploma
n
nnEntry level position
n
nnAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
n
nnAcceptable driving record
n
nnZero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
