If you enjoy fast-paced work environments, learning multiple skills, and being part of a team that keeps production moving, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Follow all safety, quality assurance, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)Verify product quality standards including weights, coding, packaging, and labelingMaintain accurate production and quality documentationOperate equipment including Rothenberg, chipping, bulk packer, and rework systems (Melter/Sepamatic)Provide relief and support for machine operators throughout the departmentAssist as backup support for the Par Room Forklift OperatorHelp maintain cleanliness and housekeeping across the plantSupport additional departments and positions as neededCompensation: Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00/hour to $24.02/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential. A conviction record or pending charge will not automatically disqualify an applicant and will be evaluated based on job relevance in compliance with applicable laws.Position Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Attention to detail and good organizational skills.Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved.Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment.Basic understanding of equipment operations, and minor troubleshooting ability.Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines in order to maintain regulatory compliance.Able to understand daily production needs.Demonstrate the responsibilities for the Preventative ControlsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Food manufacturing, material handling, and forklift operation experience is preferred.
