We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at the beautifulLinks at Oxford Apartments ! The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance of the Apartment units and Office Clubhouse. Being reliable with attention to detail is the first step to becoming a Maintenance Director. The intention is to ensure the company facilities are maintained and sufficient to support the company’s business operations.

Responsibilities:
Assigning Tasks, creating processes for assigning, completing and reporting on maintenance requests.
Hiring and training new employees.
Inspectingsystemssuchasplumbing,heatingandHVACsystems.
Ensure health and safety policies are compliant.
Monitorequipmentinventoryandplaceorderswhennecessary.
Perform any special projects assigned by the Community Director
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Maintenance Department, including but not limited to:budgeting,scheduling, training, qualitycontrol,safetyandcompliance.
Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding the status ofmaintenanceprojects
Inspectbuildingfor signsofstructuraldamageorotherissuesthat couldbeasafetyviolation.
Coordinatewithcontractorstotakepreventativemaintenanceupdates.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with maintenance repairs or management.
Knowledgeoffacilitiesmachines andequipment
Solidunderstandingoftechnicalaspectsofplumbing,carpentry,andelectrical systems.
Abilitytomaintainleadershipskillsthroughalldailytasks
Experienceinplanningmaintenanceoperations.
Must beavailable toworkweekends,evening,andholidays asscheduled.
All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.
