Job description
Liquid Fill OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Liquid Fill Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining chemical processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following strict safety and quality standards.Location: St. Clair County, IL Day Shift: $19.00/hr Afternoon Shift: $19.75/hrKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor chemical processing machinery and equipmentFollow batching instructions and production schedules accuratelyMeasure, mix, and load raw materials according to specificationsInspect finished products for quality and consistencyPerform routine equipment checks and basic maintenanceMaintain accurate production and safety recordsAdhere to all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPEKeep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or concernsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (chemical processing experience is a plus)Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard operating proceduresBasic math skills for measurements and calculationsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
