LIQUOR STORE GENERAL MANAGER 3AWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at University Boulevard in Coraopolis. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store while leading and developing a dedicated team.This role oversees the full operation of a liquor store and ensures that staff follow established procedures. It focuses on planning, directing resources, and fostering strong customer service. As a Liquor Store General Manager 3A, you will perform the following duties:Store Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with proceduresStaff Coordination: Assign work, guide staff performance, and support training needsCustomer Service: Assist customers, address concerns, and maintain a welcoming environmentInventory Planning: Plan weekly needs and allocate resources to maximize efficiencyMarketing Support: Direct promotional displays and ensure adherence to branding initiativesFinancial Oversight: Account for store funds, prepare deposits, and support accurate sales activitiesWork Schedule and Additional Information:Free - Secure - Onsite ParkingFull-time employmentWork hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orTwo years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orThree years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orFour years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orFive years of supervisory retail sales work.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement. You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements:You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
