Job description
Apply psychiatric expertise and bilingual Lithuanian-English communication skills to help improve AI systems used to interpret and reason about complex mental health scenarios. This remote contract role centers on developing clinically realistic case material, evaluating psychiatric content, and contributing culturally accurate perspectives grounded in Lithuanian practice. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that provide realistic, culturally nuanced scenarios for AI model training.
Conduct detailed psychological assessments and create expert annotations informed by Lithuanian psychiatric practices and perspectives.
Produce precise written analyses and documentation in both Lithuanian and English, with attention to clinical and cultural accuracy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to strengthen AI systems'' understanding of psychiatric concepts.
Apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive case content, including appropriate consideration of patient confidentiality and professional best practices.
Contribute to bilingual communication frameworks designed to support accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used by AI systems in mental health contexts.
Qualifications Medical degree such as an MD, MBBS, or equivalent, with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
Native fluency in Lithuanian and advanced proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Lithuanian clinical settings.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning when working with complex mental health scenarios.
Strong experience developing teaching materials, case studies, or similar content for educational or research purposes.
Experience working on interdisciplinary projects, preferably involving technology, research, or digital health.
Familiarity with both Western and Lithuanian psychiatric frameworks and a commitment to professional integrity.
Strong analytical evaluation, case development, documentation, collaboration, and bilingual communication capabilities.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Work is project-based and tied to available customer work.
Compensation $100 to $200 per hour.
