Job description
The Work
You will support AI training by applying psychiatric expertise to case studies, assessments, documentation, and reviews of sensitive mental health content. The work includes Lithuanian and English communication and feedback on how AI systems interpret psychiatric concepts.
Develop complex psychiatric case studies based on real-world and culturally nuanced situations.
Conduct psychological assessments and create expert annotations based on Lithuanian psychiatric practices.
Write precise psychiatric documentation and analyses in Lithuanian and English.
Build bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
Review sensitive case content using ethical decision-making, confidentiality, and clinical best practices.
Evaluate AI analytical methods in mental health contexts and provide expert feedback.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams improving AI understanding of psychiatric concepts.
What It Pays and Takes
This is a part-time contractor role with a stated commitment of at least 20 hours per week. The listing is marked entry level, but the role requires substantial psychiatric training, clinical experience, and professional credentials.
Pay: $100-$200 per hour.
Hours: 20 or more per week.
Work type: Part-time contract work.
Languages: Native Lithuanian and advanced written and spoken English.
Education: MD, MBBS, or an equivalent medical degree.
Licensing: Completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
Clinical background: Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Lithuanian clinical settings.
Other requirements: Cultural sensitivity and strong ethical reasoning for complex mental health scenarios.
