A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level litigation associate with 2 to 4 years of experience for their New Jersey office. The candidate must reside in New Jersey and be admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission.
Duties
Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes.
Appear before state and federal courts.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of litigation experience.
Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred.
Federal clerkship preferred.
Education
Excellent academic credentials required.
Certifications
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission.
