A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-impact legal matters, advising clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce.
Duties
Take ownership of legal matters and assist in case management.
Shape case strategy and advise a broad range of clients.
Manage complex, high-stakes litigation.
Collaborate with team members and operate independently.
Requirements
Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience.
Clerkship experience is a plus.
Admitted to the California Bar.
Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
Strong academic records and communication abilities.
Education
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to the California Bar.
Skills
Experience in trade secrets, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or AI.
Knowledge of commercial or complex litigation matters.
