Silverman & Associates in White Plains, NY seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2 to 10 years of practice experience. The boutique firm defends civil rights and employment discrimination cases, as well as general liability defense, in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
The associate will manage own caseload, appear at hearings and depositions, draft motions, and conduct complex legal research. Excellent writing and oral advocacy are essential.
