Job description
CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (2-6 years) in Sacramento or San Francisco. You will handle sophisticated civil litigation from pre-litigation strategy through trial preparation, collaborating with partners and senior associates to develop strategy and manage client relationships.
The ideal candidate will draft dispositive and non-dispositive motions, defend depositions, and manage discovery and mediation.
