Drafting and responding to written discovery
Handling discovery disputes
Taking and defending depositions
Preparing for and participating in mediations
Researching and drafting motions

Participating in jury trials, including second-chair and potential first-chair responsibilities
The ideal candidate will either have experience with some or all phases of civil litigation or possess a strong desire to learn. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, sound judgment, strong initiative, and a genuine interest in developing as courtroom attorneys. They are looking for attorneys who want to learn, accept responsibility, and become active participants in the firm’s cases and trials.
