Overview
Rapidly growing Florida Workers’ Compensation and personal Injury firm is looking for litigation associates to join their team. The firm represents clients throughout Florida and is dedicated to providing each client the highest quality of legal specialization both inside and outside the courtroom. They represent only injured parties – never insurance companies.
Responsibilities
Provide litigation support to a team of six trial attorneys and assist in all aspects of litigation.
Onsite at the firm’s Coral Springs, FL office.
Qualifications
Must have 0-3 years of litigation experience
Must be a good standing member for the Florida Bar
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
Knowledge in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial is a plus
Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage a high volume caseload
