A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Sacramento, CA, with at least two years of experience to join their civil litigation practice. The role involves handling complex, high-exposure civil cases throughout California. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and advocacy skills and be prepared to manage cases and prepare them for trial within tight timeframes.
Duties
Manage and prepare cases for trial efficiently.
Engage in all aspects of discovery and law and motion practice.
Travel as required for case management.
Requirements
Two to five years of litigation experience.
Active membership in the State Bar of California.
Experience with personal injury claims, products liability, public entity defense, or employment law preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Active member of the State Bar of California.
Skills
Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
