A well-established Westchester-based firm known for its litigation strength and deep community roots is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience. The practice represents both regional and national clients across commercial, insurance defense, and municipal matters.

The Role
As a Litigation Associate, you’ll handle a diverse caseload from inception through trial, working directly with partners who invest time in development and collaboration. The firm’s structure allows associates to take ownership of cases early while maintaining the support of experienced trial lawyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery demands, and motions.
Appear for court conferences, depositions, and mediations.
Assist in trial preparation and participate in hearings.
Maintain client relationships through responsive communication and sound judgment.
Qualifications
3–5 years of litigation experience (defense or commercial).
Admitted to the New York Bar; additional admissions a plus.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Desire for hands‑on litigation experience and client interaction.
