Location:
Remote within the California Bay Area. Enjoy the flexibility to work from home while remaining available to attend court appearances and in-person proceedings throughout the Bay Area as needed.
Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California, have at least 1 year of litigation experience, and reside in (or be willing to relocate to) the Bay Area to attend court hearings and related proceedings.

Job Description
Manage a litigation caseload with increasing independence.
Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
Communicate with clients regarding litigation strategy, case developments, and recommendations.
Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Active California Bar license required.
1+ year of litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
Trial experience is a plus.
Must reside in or relocate to the California Bay Area.
