Litigation Attorney (ERISA / Class Action Focus) | Law Firm | Remote | #
Republican Jobs is leading the search for an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience, particularly in class actions and complex motion practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team focused on complex litigation matters.
Job Duties:
Develop legal strategies in complex litigation matters, including class actions
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and substantive legal motions
Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings
Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
Requirements:
4–8 years of litigation experience, including class action and motion practice
Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong experience drafting motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment)
Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
ERISA or employee benefits experience is a plus, but not required
Salary:
$100k–$180k+ based on experience, plus benefits
